Abstract
There are so many factors whose assessment is fuzzy needed to be taken into account when the shipping operation organization is selected. A fuzzy hierarchical model is presented in this paper based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy logic on consideration of technical parameters, technical program. By calculation comparison of indicators from 8 shipping technical programs, shipping operation organizations are prioritized from their comprehensive assessment where ships are classified into proper usage scopes and suitable shipping operation organizations are recommended, in the end an optimization operation organization is suggested.
