Abstract

In this paper, the authors first analyze the demand for ERP talents in the society, then propose enterprise resources planning (ERP) talents delaminating cultivation in industrial engineering (IE) specialty according to students´ differences in their interests and abilities. Based on the cultivation of ERP application talents, ERP research and development (R&D) talents are cultivated by constructing the ERP practice platform in enterprises, establishing ERP R&D team, and make teaching, research and industry interactive. The model has been put into practice and made good progress.
