Abstract :
To solve the problems that basic man-hour data scarcity and avoid the difficulties in delivery deadline establishment and information communication, the research on man-hour calculation and cooperative management system of multi-stage manufacturing system was presented. The system consists of three modules. Aiming at a three-stage manufacturing system contained weld, electrophoresis and assembly, the first module analyzed the characteristics of each manufacturing system and established the man-hour calculation model. The model took the practical production situation and the parallel time of man and machine into account and made the product man-hour more accurate; Based on the basic man-hour, in the second module, a man-hour case-based reasoning method was proposed to reason the new products man-hour as the basis of products delivery deadline; In order to provide decision-making and plan-making departments with the distributed man-hour data, the third module applied Web service technique in the Intranet to achieve the information share in the multi-stage manufacturing system. The system structure and function system were presented in the paper. Finally, the prototype system was developed based on JBuilder platform. The application in an enterprise shows the feasibility and the excellent performance of the presented system.
