Abstract

Based on the connotation and elements analysis of the regional technology innovation capability and the existing research results, an initial comprehensive evaluation indicator system is formed, which avoids missing ; then, an evaluation indicator identification framework of the regional technology innovation capability is established through expert appraisal, relative analysis, discrimination analysis and the effectiveness analysis of the indicator rules; meanwhile a more comprehensive, reliable and effective evaluation indicator system is developed for the regional technology innovation capability. Finally the effectiveness of the indicator system is verified by using several comprehensive evaluation methods.
