Abstract :
The National Agricultural Biotechnology Information Center (NABIC) has constructed agricultural biology-based infrastructure and provided agricultural biotechnology information. It has concentrated on doing functional genomics of major agricultural crops and building a database for agro-biotech. The NABIC (http://www.niab.go.kr/nabic/) has provided analysis functions and information through integrated genome database which include genome annotation, gene expression, genetic maps, genetic markers, and general information of agricultural crops.
