Abstract
Based on the theory of enterprise core competitiveness and the features and basic structure of the core competitiveness of third-party logistics enterprises, the indicator evaluation system of logistics enterprises is summarized into three categories: ductility, customer-value and uniqueness in accordance with eight specific evaluation indicators. In view of unclear frontiers of evaluation indicators and the fact that discrepancy exists when experts estimate some uncertain indicators, this paper, after establishing the above mentioned indicator evaluation system, puts forward the methodology of statistics of set occurrence that determines indicators - value and weight.
