Abstract :
By establishing the interaction model of dynamic process monitoring and other shop floor management subsystems, the main function of shop floor process monitoring is first outlined. Then, the schedule feature information-based static data analysis of shop floor process and its dynamic disruption analysis, which helps find the key points of process monitoring, is presented. Moreover, a multi-agent-based intelligent monitoring model incorporating task agents and resource agents with shop floor information analysis and handling abilities is proposed in order to realize real time monitoring of dynamic shop floor. Finally, the shop floor process monitoring model is verified by a prototype system.
