Abstract :
The existence and the interacting methods of knowledge capacity in organization has its obvious attribute - "field-state". The knowledge capacity field is composed of employees, organization, business, enterprise resources, performance, knowledge capacity and their interaction. The business mode embodies the knowledge capacity field concretely, which has the configuration and the characteristics of field.
