Abstract

Knowledge management capability means the condition and power which individual and group own in enterprise surrounding the knowledge management domain in knowledge activity system. And it is very important for enterprise to implement knowledge management. Knowledge audit can ensure comprehensive examination for the relative factors of knowledge management capability, such as capability of knowledge production, capability of knowledge diffuseness, capability of knowledge application and the supporting capability. At the same time, enterprise can implement the comprehensive evaluation for knowledge management capability by dint of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
