  • Abstract
    The Material flow model taking enterprise or strategy business unit (SBU) as a whole for division of work and cooperation, in nature, is a second-best combination of the capability factors of material flow. By making full use of modern information technology and science progress, the division of work in material flow shall be detailed to the level of PMF primitive, for the purpose of the cross-organization and cross-industry rebuilding and optimizing, and a new model of material organizing - X Party Material Flow (X-PMF) was formed thereby, which will minimize the cost of production and transaction, and increase the comprehensive efficiency of the material flow of supply chain.
