Abstract
With the sustainable development of economy, Beijing logistics industry develops fast. At the same time, the logistics demand of Beijing exurbs grows continuously, and it brings an opportunity for the logistics development of exurbs. Based on the analysis of the logistics development status and logistics demand of the Beijing exurbs, using gray model for quantitative prediction is put forward in the paper. Then a new initial value grey increment model of Beijing exurbs is established, and Huairou district is taken for example to make real example analysis. The result of real example analysis shows that gray model is efficient for a mid-short term prediction of logistics volume, which will provide forceful evidence for planning logistics development of Beijing exurbs.
