  • Abstract
Because of its importance to the circulation of commodities, modern logistics has become the focus of the governments and enterprises. On the other hand, e-commerce has brought immense impact to the traditional commodity circulation with its brand-new style of commercial activities, and has become an essential subject for enterprises both in production and in circulation. This paper tries to sum up the characteristics of modern logistics and e-commerce, and analyze the inter-dependent, inter-contributive relationship between modern logistics and e-commerce.
