Abstract
This paper proposes an efficient downlink scheduling algorithm for IEEE 802.16 m System. It is focus on presenting and analyzing base station allocation of subcarriers and adaptive modulation. Proposed scheduling algorithm is based on particle swarm optimization algorithm. We improved the convergence and searching ability of the particle swarm algorithm through the method of niche technology and dynamic inertia weight. The numerical results showed that our proposed algorithm is better than static schemes FDMA in IEEE 802.16 m system.
