Study on Software Project Significant Deviation Standard

The correct establishment and use of significant deviation is the key to the success of software projects. First the definition and significance of significant deviation are discussed; and then a way on how to define significant deviation standard is put forwarded, which is to be improved gradually from nil to ens,from qualitative to quantitative; according to this idea, several qualitative defining methods of significant deviation are provided, and the quantitative defining method of significant deviation standard is discussed by the use of an actual example; on base of this, study is held on how to monitor projects according to the significant deviation standard.
