Abstract :
Description and retrieving of the software component is a crucial technique of software reuse, and it is significance both for the cost reduction and quality improvement. Effective mechanism of component retrieval can not only save the time of retrieving but also decrease the cost of understanding in retrieval. Nowadays one difficulty in component retrieval comes from comprehending the userspsila intention. In this paper, we propose a component retrieval with relevance feedback model (CRRFM) to alleviate this difficulty. In CRRFM, a relevance feedback based on query vector transfer method is adopted to ensure that the userspsila intention can be comprehended more exactly and improve the retrieval accuracy. The experimental results show that this solution is feasible and effective.
