Abstract :
Aiming at the modeling representation in cooperative plant design within heterogeneous CAD systems, a modeling representation method based on XML is proposed. The schema of the representation document is also defined. By the schema, the description rules of basic graphic element, graphic operation, parametric modeling, and constraint are defined. This verifies the feasibility of standardizing modeling representation in cooperative plant design.
