Abstract
The wearable healthcare in ubiquitous computing age is a new personalized medical paradigm in the future. It will play a significant role in illness prevention, early diagnosis or effective treatment, which can bring considerable benefits to the individual and society. This paper presents a conceptual model of pervasive wearable healthcare system and discusses the key technology. According to the current technology status, an application mode and a prototype of pervasive healthcare services is given. The research direction of the software and hardware is also indicated in the end.
