Abstract :
In order to solve the filtering problem of the MEMS gyroscope´s output data, we design Butterworth lowpass filter with the help of PSD estimate method. Then we design Kalman filter by the analysis to the mean and variance characteristic of the gyroscope´s output data. They both have satisfying filtering performance.
