Abstract
To address the issue that the present nutrition/health care system can only provide qualitative services for pregnant women, a quantitative nutritional algorithm is proposed based on nutritional diagram & fuzzy theory, and a software system for providing quantitative nutritional guidance is developed based on a C/S & B/S hybrid architecture; the system gathers & analyzes the subjectpsilas dietary information and her medical examination results, performs comprehensive evaluation of her nutritional status, and provides quantitative nutritional guidance accordingly using visualized graphs. The C/S part of it is constructed with DataWindow technology, and uses BIA for body composition measurement; the B/S part uses 3-layered open source J2EE structure for remote applications. Utilizing of this system can accurately pinpoint the nutritional problem of pregnant woman and improve the quality of new born population.
