Abstract :
The paper analyses the common tension measurement method. As to the spinning drop method which suitable for low or ultra-low oil interface, a tension measurement system using linear CCD and bearingless SRM (switched reluctance motor) based on embedded processor S3C2410 is designed in this paper. TCD141C CCD is adopted and drove by signal produced by S3C2410. The processor also completes the arithmetic of image processing for measurement of length. As to bearingless SRM, the module that every phase acts in turn for 150 is adopted. The chopping current, current feedback control method is used in this paper. The system whole design, linear CCD and bearingless SRM control is given in this paper. This system has good application foreground in oil development.
