Abstract
Based on the deeply analysis of the higher education reformation development trend in our country, the paper introduces the importance of the teaching teamwork construction in the reformation of modern higher education and studies on the role of the bellwether, the team construction form and the influence of the team spirit. At the end of the paper, it gives the specific content of high quality teaching teamwork construction.
