Abstract
Based on social network and social exchange theories, this paper explored the relations among perceived team values, paternalistic leadership, team affective commitment (TAC) and knowledge integration behaviors (KIBs) in the 31 medical project teams. The empirical study founded team values, paternalistic leadership did not have Synergistic effects on TAC and KIBs; meanwhile, although team values, paternalistic leadership have direct effects on memberspsila KIBs, TAC still played the role of mediating variable fully.
