Abstract
E-learning has been more and more widely introduced into organization learning. The article studied the main advantages to staff as well as management by introducing E-learning, structuring model to elaborated the relationship between E-learning and KM as well as how E-learning will be introduce into enterprise´s KM. E-learning and KM are all the process of learning for knowledge acquisition and knowledge application in essence. The process of introducing E-learning into KM includes setting up the goals of KM, establishing appraisal standard, debugging software and hardware infrastructure, changing learning ideas, constructing and implementing the E-learning system, appraisal and adjustment.
