Abstract
Based on a sample of 219 Chinese companies and a structural equation methodology, This paper discusses the relationship among team spirit, shared vision, knowledge acquisition and product innovation. Our results indicate that shared vision has a positive indirect impact on product innovation by Knowledge acquisition; team spirit positively affects share vision; team spirit doesn¿t have direct impact on knowledge acquisition and product innovation.
