Cultivation of Talents with Creative and Scientific Thinking Guided by a Clear Principle of Running a School

The principle of running a school is a key to undertake university education. The paper mentions a new principle of ldquorunning a school with science, democracy and opennessrdquo. Based on this principle and in the light of our country, namely to productions in our country with a lower proportion of intellectual property rights, and with a lack of originality and core technology, it is mentioned that we should solve the existing problems closely connected with the national economy and the people´s livelihood and national defense industry, keeping the idea of being people oriented. The paper puts forward several measures of cultivation of talents with creative and scientific thinking during the university education from the different perspectives, aiming at promoting the academic level and innovative competence of our technological talents.
