Abstract :
E-learning is an innovative education concept that has developed with the rapid growth of network technology. It integrates modern information technology with the existing curriculum to improve the traditional teaching and learning structure and system. It breaks the limitations inherent in the traditional education concept and teaching methods. E-learning can also effectively utilize the rich resources on campus via the campus network. This paper presents the hydraulic engineering courses network teaching platform under E-learning environment. In this environment, teachers and students will interact with each other to improve the teaching and learning qualities.
