  • Abstract
    To significantly improve the performance of supplier selection model, After analyzing the general approach for this problem, a new solution using analytical hierarchy process (AHP), technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPOSIS) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) is proposed. In AHP, using radic3 scale method, the uniformity is increased, comprising to general. Structure the judgment matrix using TOPOSIS method. By combining AHP, TOPSIS and DEA, the every candidate is evaluated, both for their currently and future potential; and also a sequence list is obtained, this can provide a effective guarantee for make true determination when choice future cooperation partners. This model has been applied to the CIMS system in Baoxiniao Hold Group, a middle-size garment enterprise, and raised the regular delivery rate of raw materials supplied by the selected suppliers.
