Abstract :
This paper investigates the local stability of impulsive CNNs with time-delay. Using Lyapunov functions and a generalized Halanay inequality, several conditions guaranteeing the locally exponential stability of equilibrium of system are established. An example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of our results.
