Abstract :
Industrial fermentation utilizes jacket to achieve heating and cooling in a closed vesselin. In the process, temperature control is very important. However, the controlled object usually exist serious integrator plus time delay phenomenon, so the conventional control arithmetic is difficult to reach the required control quality especially with more strict restriction on overshoot. By combining fuzzy immune PID control and adaptive control, a new control algorithm based on fuzzy immune adaptive PID control is proposed in this paper, When the characteristics of the controlled object are changed because of interference or other factors, the new algorithm posses certain adaptive ability. Simulation results showed that the new algorithm has low overshoot, short regulation time,strong anti-disturbance ability and great robustness.This algorithm has good control performance compared with conventional PID control.
