Abstract :
The evolution of IPTV in NGN laboratory towards the converged networks based on IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) is presented in the article. This article presents Broadcast TV service with trick play mode and nPVR service as a part of IMS based IPTV services with brief presentation of touched functional entities and reference points supplemented with signaling flows. As a future way of this service Advanced PVR is presented as combination of cPVR and nPVR services. After theoretical introduction this article describes actual implementation of nPVR service and future scope of IMS based IPTV implementation in NGN laboratory.
