Abstract :
In the commonly used bar cutting technology and machines, qualities of the cutting surface and precision of the cutting materials is worse. In this paper, a kind of advanced bar cutting theory and method based on high speed and restrained state was put forward and analyzed. The loading way was researched and the new type cutting machine based on this loading way was built. It can be shown from the analysis and experiments that this new cutting technology and machine based on high speed and restrained state possesses many advantages such as high productivity, better cutting quality and saving materials.
