Abstract :
Services are more and more important in the life cycle of products. Services are simply thought as effective compounding of maintenance and repair. In the course of maintenance and repair, disassembly is necessary. Disassembly is divided into full disassembly and selective disassembly, disassembly for services is mostly selective disassembly. How to optimize disassembly sequence, decrease disassembly time and cost are difficulty and key activity in services. In this paper hybrid graph model is developed. The contact constraint relationships of components are expressed by hybrid graph model. Three types of constraint relationship are defined. There are direct constraints among components, indirect constraints between constraints and components, indirect constraints between constraints and constraints. Disassembly sequence algorithm of target component is generated based on established hybrid model, and the complexity in creating the disassembly sequence is reduced. This algorithm is validated by an instance. The correctness of the model is indicated by the result.
