Abstract :
Micro-elastic-meshing-wheel-transmission (MEMWT) is a novel mechanical transmission method invented by us recently. It could be used for transmitting power and locomotion between two shafts, which are upright and cross in a micro space. Using the finite element analysis method, a new elastic meshing theory of MEMWT is established by considering the dynamic deformation of the tines of MEMW. Under the precondition of consecutive transmission, the equation of the fit driven tines can be got for the given equation of the driving tines. Finally experiments have been completed to confirm the new theory.
