Benefit allocation model of manufacturer and its information services providers

In the modern production, the manufacturer and its information service company have formed a symbiosis and get benefit by cooperation. To settle the benefit allocation, a new model is proposed guided by the principles of stability and mutual benefit. After analyzing the operation mode of the symbiosis and the cost-benefit of the manufacturer and the information service company, the allocating model based on Shapley value is established and a case study of polyester production chain is listed to explain its operation. The model shows that the membership ranking corresponds with Shapley value in practise. Its advantage lies in the fact that it harmonize the relationship between the manufacturer and its information service company and it improves the development of both parties.
