Abstract :
The structure and environment of complicated product is complex, and the design process possesses netted characteristic. So design programming and cooperating are important to obtain systemic performance. Based on the fundamentals of systems engineering, the integrated development iterative process and associated hierarchical control structure are established in its life cycle. Moreover, the effect and situation of process management are analyzed in product and process development. The design process engineering of complicated product is built, and the focus is on the activities of process modeling, process analysis and evaluation, process monitor and control, process improvement and re-engineering. Furthermore, in order to support the integrated product and process development, a common data model is constructed to ensure inter-disciplinary data transfer effectively.
