The researches on the Mould Manufacturing Grid

In this paper, new demands to the contemporary enterprises are introduced, and then the characteristics of the manufacturing grid and the mould manufacturing process are expounded in details. Based on these, a Mould Manufacturing Grid System is put forward. The authors studied the domestic and foreign researches on the key problems of the manufacturing grid. And then the service model of the mould manufacturing grid system and the structure of the manufacturing grid service node are given out on the foundation of Multi-Agents technologies and Object-Oriented technologies. Referring to the thoughts of HMS and traditional control patterns, a flexible Controllable Semi-Equal Control Pattern is brought out. At the end of this paper, the operation process of the system is illuminated.
