Build the service infrastructure of virtual enterprise

This article raises an idea of building a virtual enterprise business platform with the technology of Service Oriented Architecture and grid, this platform is called as service infrastructure. The purpose of the service infrastructure is to provide an open business supporting environment with many valuable facilities to help users establish a supporting application for their virtual enterprises.
