Abstract :
In order to extend appled scope of new technology of the forward extrusion and cross rolling, was researched its forming princible.Then the distribution of stress-strain relations in the formed state and the characters of metal deformation and flow are analyzed in the tube billet during the process of the forward extrusion and cross rolling. The calculating method of the deformative force is also introduced in the paper. At last, the effects of all the main techonological paramenters on the process and product quality are analyzed.
