Abstract
Now, foot-cutting machine of inserting PCB has many disadvantages such as slow velocity, low efficiency and fission configuration. It can’t be used in incorporated product line of PCB. Therefor, a new style automated foot-cutting machine used in PCB product line is designed. The foot-cutting machine has two main advantages compared with old type foot-cutting machine. Firstly, transiting device used in continuously transiting PCB and connecting with product line is designed. Double-faced conveyer belt is chosen to transit PCB because it has many excellent characteristics such as high precision, good stabilization, low noises and invariable rate of transmission. Because producing rates are different from time to time, Transiting velocity of PCB needs to be adjusted real time in producing period. There are many innovations in carrier of PCB, installation and disengagement of carrier, transiting mode. Secondly, because cutter of foot-cutting machine is easily abraded, it must be amended frequently. So the height of cutter can be adjusted. Cutter can be disassembled very easily and expediently. Compared with old type foot-cutter machine, new foot-cutter machine has many advantages of high producing speed, precision and automation. It can be easily and expediently combined with any automated product line of PCB.
