Abstract :
Based on fuzzy neural network PID control technology, the paper designs a multi-channel temperature system used in petrochemical industry. By adjusting PID control parameters through fuzzy neural network, the system perfects the auto-adapting performance of PID control. The main component of temperature monitor and control hardware system is micro-controller C8051F020. This hardware system could realize temperature detection and control on sixteen monitor points, and transmits the temperature signal through CAN bus to upper computer real-timely. The results of experiments prove that this system satisfies operation requirements, and has nicer dynamic state, static state and auto-adaptability state.
