Abstract :
Open-cycle absorption air-conditioning unit can provide the full fresh air with LiBr absorbent water as the refrigerant, which mainly consists of four modules: air delivery, dehumidification, temperature-adjusting and regenerator. The paper introduces its configuration and operating principles, describes hardware and software design of the performance test system which has been successfully developed. The hardware system, with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as its control, is composed of high precision instruments and transducers and data acquisition card. The upper system’s software design uses both object-oriented technology and design pattern with Unified Modelling Language (UML) and Delphi-based development tool, which emphasizes the circulation, exoteric and expandable of the codes. Modified methods are presented according to the analysis and summarization of experimental results. As running result expressed, the test accuracy of the test system achieves government standard, and the performance of the test software is sound and reliable.
