Abstract
This paper presents a novel gearless traction oil pumping unit. It is drived by low speed and high torque permanent magnet synchronous machines(PMSM) rather than asynchronous motor, which has not reducer. The model of pumping unit is designed by Unigraphics NX(UG) software, the primary parts are introduced, and analyzed based on the Finite Element Method(FEM). Through the Third Intensity Theory and FEM analysis, structural size how to affect intensity of pumping unit is presented, the results shows that its intensity is enough. The advantage of novel gearless traction oil pumping unit is also presented. Length of stroke is 9 m, frequency of stroke is 2/min, the efficiency is 85% above, power factor is 0.95 above.
