Abstract :
Nowadays, resonator has been widely used in microwave, accelerator and other fields. Resonant frequency, quality factor and other parameters become the important indicators on a high-frequency resonator design. The simple cavity structure is usually solved by field-matching method. But the numerical-solution method through the computer is always used to the complex-shape and medium-filled structure. In this paper, the author uses ANSYS finite element simulation on waveguide cylindrical resonator, and gives the simulation results.
