Abstract :
In the evaporative cooling generator researches, the two-phase flow pressure drop is always one of the key problems, influenced by many factors. Therepsilas no researches reported on the sensitivity of the two-phase flow pressure drop to the main factors in the cooling system. In this paper, the two-phase flow pressure droppsilas sensitivity to heat load, flux and inlet pressure was researched through theoretical simulating analysis and experiments. The simulating results and experiments data all show that the two-phase flow pressure varies with different factors changing, and the sensitivity to these factors can change under different work conditions. It was found that the amplification of unit enthalpy based on the inlet enthalpy had some influence on the influence powers of heat load and flux. On the basis of the conclusion, the factors can be chosen and adjusted properly to cater different requests. The conclusion provides the theoretical basis for the optimization discussion of the evaporative cooling system in a certain sense.
