  • Abstract
    The superconducting accelerator-based THz source is capable of providing high power THz radiation, serving as a powerful tool in a wide range of practical applications in the THz realm. The PKU-THz facility (PTF) is a THz source with a 3.5-cell DC-SC (DC-superconducting) photoinjector. Based on coherent undulator radiation, it provides high power, coherent THz radiation with quasi-monochromaticity and wavelength tunable between 400 um ~ 1200 um. In this paper, the conceptual design of the PTF is introduced, the status of it is described and the ongoing research work is presented.
