  • Abstract
    In this paper, we introduced some methods which are based on LabVIEW and a digital AC servo motor for motion control and data acquisition. And we also used LabVIEW and the Trio PC motion ActiveX component to receive data to display the curve and to save data by Microsoft Excel for farther analyses. Using these methods, we have designed a dynamic integrated testing system to test the inner pressure of the plastic bottle and the bounce height of the plastic bottle capsule in order to judge the plastic bottle capsulepsilas quality. This system can help the factory of plastic bottle capsule to avoid waste the raw and processed materials.
