Abstract :
The Nanpsilaao Island wind farm in Shantou power grid is taken as the object for study. First, using the actual data of the power grid and wind farm provided by Shantou power grid, with the help of the simulation and calculation tools of the PSCAD/EMTDC and MATLAB, the voltage deviation, voltage fluctuation, flicker severity, harmonics, three-phase imbalance degree are calculated based on the IEC standard and China national standard. Secondly, the frequency deviation after the wind farm being cut off is analyzed. Then, using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method and the Entropy Weight method to obtain weighted vector of every index of the power quality, after that it combines probability and statistics with fuzzy mathematics so that a synthetic evaluation can be done about the power quality.
