Abstract :
In this paper, a novel power converter for four phase switch reluctance motor was proposed based on double IPMS which has the advantages of high integration and stabilization compared to the traditional power converter circuit. The drive circuit, buffer circuit, protective circuit for the power converter was designed and experimented. Based on TI-DSP2407, the drive system for a 3KW prototype motor was designed and the experiment was presented. The phase current at CCC mode and APC mode were given. It shows that the power converter can work at a stable two-phase electrified condition.
