Abstract
The dispersibility of permanent magnetic materials of mass production cannot be avoided, which can affect the performance of line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM). The effect of dispersibility of permanent magnet on the starting performance, no load performance and rated performance is studied in this paper. The dispersibility of PM has great effect on the minimum torque in starting process, the no load current and power factor, but has little effect on performance of PMSM on rated load.
