Abstract :
The new structural hybrid excitation switched reluctance motor SRM which is integrated with rare earth permanent materials, not only retains the fine performance, but also adopts the rare earth permanent material in motors. So the air gap flux is generated by both winding and permanent magnet. This paper analyses the working principle of hybrid excited SRM, studies and makes the driving controller whose core module is chip TSM320F2808A. The major circuit, the former-drive circuit, the over-current and over-voltage protective circuit are designed; and the control software of the system is programmed. By MATLAB, the model of motor is founded, and the motor mode of velocity control is simulated. The simulation result verifies the validity of the motor model.
